Step 1:  Hotel Reservations

(If not staying at hotel, please proceed to Step 2)

Reservation Deadline is August 31, 2022 or until "FULL"

Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel room reservations.

We ask that each room is reserved under the names of the attendees occupying that room.

Reservations should be made for the nights of:

Tuesday September 27 through Thursday September 29th.

To make a reservation by phone, call " The Fairfield Bay Conferences Center  directly at 501-884-4202 for condos and hotel reservations at 501-825-3046. Ask for the Reservations Department and tell the reservation agent you’re attending the AAPPA Fall Conference. Please make sure you use our code as "AAPPA" when making reservations. You will need your hotel confirmation number to complete the registration process, excluding those who are not staying at the hotel. A credit card is required to make the reservation.

Special Information for employees of Arkansas Community Correction:

ACC requires employees to share a hotel room with another ACC employee.

Important: If you are NOT an ACC employee your lodging  will NOT be pay for by ACC . (Please review below hotel information for NON-Arkansas Community Corrections employees).

For this reason, when completing your registration form, you must include your roommate's information. If you do not have a roommate, you will be responsible for BOTH nights.

 

Room rates per night for both nights at Fairfield Bay, AR will be paid for by ACC. There is limited seating with only first come first serve bases as far as rooms are assigned. With only "46" hotel rooms and "50" condos and there will be a cut off for 194 people. So please make sure you register for this event as soon as possible. If your roommate cancels, it is your responsibility to find a replacement, or you will be responsible for both nights.

Important: When making your reservations,, you will have to provide a credit card when making your reservation in order to hold the room, and to cover incidentals.

Hotel Information for non-Arkansas Community Correction employees:

You will be responsible for your hotel costs and registration fees of $55.00. You will still receive the AAPPA Hotel Room Rate of $110/night when making your reservation. A credit card will be required when making the reservation.
